Positivity is a powerful thing, from our initial meeting you made us feel comfortable with you as our agents of choice. Up front you explained the benefits of spending some bucks to make the house more saleable in this market. Sound advice. Much of which would never have occurred to us. We interviewed two agents recommended by a relocation service. Both seemed excellent. Although David suggested a lower price for our property than the other agent, we considered the evidence and that he knew exactly how and where we were going to find our buyer and given what happened in the market around us and our own sale, he was correct! We were very happy with his services, his continued contact with us and all his suggestions. Also, two weeks before closing there were some issues and David navigated us through all the difficulty. He soothed our ruffled feathers and talked us down and all ended very well.
